The Annual General Meeting will be held Monday, April 28th at the Stittsville Legion from 7:00 -9:30 pm.All members are encouraged to attend.
The order of business at the Annual General Meeting shall be minutes of previous meeting, business arising from the minutes, President's report, correspondence related to the AGM (Secretary), Treasurer's report, Council members' reports, Constitutional Amendments, new business, election of officers and directors, and adjournment.
The following positions are up for election:
President
Vice-President Operations
Director Competitive
Director House
Director Communications
Registrar
