Canadian Anti-Spam Law takes effect July 1

It requires that we have "express consent" from the recipient before sending electronic messages which may any contain commercial information.

Here is a quick look at what you'll continue to receive as a part of SMHA mailouts;
    
    Association news and announcements
    Parent/Bench Staff/Player events of interest
    Notification of awards, financial support opportunities, etc.

While most of our communication to you by email is about SMHA activities, we do occasionally include commercial information such as fundraising and community initiatives.

To ensure we have your EXPRESS CONSENT to continue to send you emails, we must create a NEW EMAIL LIST.

After July 1, 2014 email communications from SMHA will ONLY be sent to the addresses on this new list.
