SMHA will be holding it's AGM in person at Johnny Leroux Arena on April 23, 2024 beginning at 6:00pm
The typical order of business at the Annual General Meeting is a review of the minutes of the previous meeting, business arising from the minutes, President's report, correspondence related to the AGM -Secretary, Finance report, Council members' reports, Constitutional Amendments, new business, election of officers and directors, and adjournment.
If you have a constitutional amendment, please submit it to [email protected] by no later than 11:59PM Saturday April 13th.
The following executive voting positions are up for election:
- President
- Vice-President of Operations
- Director of Competitive
- Director of Development (1 year term)
- Director House - U15/U18
- Director House - U11/U13
