U18 (Stittsville Rams)

Players are invited to attend the conditioning sessions as set out in the conditioning schedule below. The conditioning sessions will be made up of warm up drills and unevaluated scrimmages.

Welcome U18 Parents,  My name is Bethany Roy, and I am the convenor for SMHA 2024-2025 U18 House League. U18 house doesn’t hit the ice until Sept 29th so you have lots of summer left to enjoy. I wanted to give everyone the dates for Conditioning and Evaluations as I know a lot of U18 players work so having the dates well in advance helps for planning.
