Welcome to the Stittsville Minor Hockey Association registration information page. We offer both House and Competitive programs. Players who want to play either House or Competitive must first register with the Stittsville Minor Hockey Association. Below is a chart that indicates what level your player will be in based off birth year.

REGISTRATION FEES
If your child is trying out for OVSS, OVT please pay the $25 admin fee only. There is a specific option online that allows you to pay this amount for these specific tryouts only. (This
does not include those trying out for the SMHA RAMS Rep B).

***Note registration fees above do not include team fees. Each player will be asked to pay an additional team fee of up to $200.00 for house league and $500.00 for RAMS Rep B once the teams are formed.
Payment Choices:
1. Visa or Mastercard is available on the online registration site.
2. E-transfer - After completing registering online via the Hockey Canada Portal send an e-transfer for registration amount to [email protected] and please enter the invoice number from the registration site along with players name in the comments section,
Notes:
- In order to qualify for the "early bird rate", payment MUST be received and fully paid by TBD for online or e-transfer (payments after this date will be at the regular rate).
- If you are sending an e-transfer, only one payment is required for families with more than one player.
- There is a maximum registration fee per family of $2775.00 ($2475.00 for payments before July 13th) regardless of the number of players in a family. This is only applicable to families where all players remain on teams within SMHA (House or Rep).
- Players who have registered on or prior to July 12th, 2024 will be guaranteed a spot on a team assuming there are enough players registered in the division to have a team. All players who register on or after July 12, 2024 will be placed on a waitlist and only placed on a team should there be space available.
- Registration will close at 11:59PM on July 26.
REFUND POLICY
· Before September 1: Full refund less a mandatory $25 administration fee
· September 1-30: Full refund less a $125.00 administration fee
· October 1 – November 30: Refund of 50% of the membership fee
· After November 30: No refunds for any reason
All refunds will be processed according to the above procedures using the date the request was received in writing or by email to the SMHA Registrar as the effective date of the request.
