DRYLAND TRAINING: Kaos Athletics

Location: 1441 Stittsville Main Street, Stittsville, ON, K2S 1E3
We have booked Monday January 13th from 7:30-8:20pm, and Monday January 20th from 7:30-8:30pm. The cost is $20 per player, attendance is optional as it is at an extra cost to parents. That being said, I would like everyone to make every effort possible to attend. The sessions are great exercise and something fun to do as a team. I truly hope everyone can make it. Please go into Sportsheadz at your earliest convenience to update if your child will be attending or not to ensure we are able to advise Leon, our group's trainer, of the numbers before the boys arrive. If more than 15 players decide to attend, the cost is $15 per player and that will be communicated day of based on Sportsheadz attendance numbers.
Payment is to be paid to Kaos directly. Etransfer is available but will incur HST. Cash is preferred and has no HST.
Please have your player arrive about 15 minutes before 7:30pm, with indoor footwear and athletic attire, and WATER. The session should last approximately 50 minutes. For those of you not familiar with with the location, here is a link to the google map. 1441 Stittsville Main St - Google Maps
