OTTAWA 67’S GAME DAY EXPERIENCE LOGISTICS

Experience Game Time: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Arrival Time: 9:30 AM
Meeting Location: Gate 1
The Ottawa 67’s Game Day Experiences is your team’s opportunity to skate like the 67’s and experience the full OHL experience! Your team’s exhibition games will consist of the following:
- Hit the ice with a 67s light show, smoke machine and theme music
- 2 Minute Warm-Up
- National Anthem, Players Introductions
- (2) 20 Minute Running time periods
- Music during stoppages in play
Arrival Time and Location
Team members may enter TD Place at Gate 1 and meet outside SECTION 12 30 minutes prior to their ice time no later than 9:40 AM. Access Gate 1 via Frank Clair Way. Once team members have arrived they will be escorted down to designated change rooms. An OSEG representative will be waiting to greet and organize your team.
Spectators are permitted in the arena
• There is no limit to the number of spectators for your game in the morning. They do not require a 67s game ticket to come watch the kids play.
• Spectators can watch from section 19 or 20
Dressing Rooms
• Dressing rooms must be completely vacated 20 minutes after an ice time is completed.
• Please note that there is a chance that both teams will have to share a dressing room due to the limitations of the facility.
Logistics
After arrival at SECTION 13, your team will be escorted down the locker room. All Players and 5Coaches/Trainers, and 1 parent per player are permitted access to the ice level and the locker rooms. After the conclusion of the ice experience, players and coaches will be escorted back to SECTION 13 and rejoin the families!Team members can return upon opening gates at 1:00 PM. REMINDER: No outside food or drink will be permitted upon entering the gates at 1:00pm.
Requirements
Teams are required to provide their own officials, you are able to use a team parent/coach to ref the game or you can coordinate HEO Officials. Upon request, OSEG Rep can provide contact information for local referee assignor.
Parking and Transportation
Parking is limited at TD Place and Lansdowne. Below outlines parking/transportation during Ottawa 67s game days, for all information visit http://ottawa67s.com/transportation
- FREE PARK AND SHUTTLE: Your 67’s tickets gets you access to FREE parking and shuttle from Carleton University. Please note shuttle service begins 90 minutes prior to game time and continues its service until 60 minutes’ post-game.
Fans must park on the 3rd Level of the P-18 Parkade. Any vehicles not parked in the designated zone will be ticketed. Shuttle buses will pick-up fans from the west side of the P-18 parkade and deliver fans to TD Place. Shuttle buses will drop off and pick up fans at TD Place between Gate 3 and the Aberdeen Pavilion
- FREE TRANSIT: Your 67’s tickets provided access to FREE OC Transpo route to and from TD Place. FREE service runs starting 3 hours prior to game time, through 3-hour post game.

- PARKING: Limited parking is available on 67’s game days. To ensure a spot at TD Place, please purchase your pass in advance of your game day as availability in limited and does sell out in advance of games. Game Day parking passes are available for $20 and can be purchased online at https://www.tdplace.ca/parking/. Please note, parking passes are ONLY AVAILABLE ONLINE. IF YOU PURCHASE THIS PASS, PRINT THIS PASS & SCAN BOTH IN AND OUT WITH IT. DO NOT TAKE A TICKET STUB AT GARAGE GATE.
