It was a day to remember for the Stittsville Crashers U7 hockey team, who had the incredible opportunity to hit the ice during the Ottawa 67’s game against the London Knights at TD Place. Despite the 67’s facing a tough 10-3 loss to London, the Crashers brought energy and smiles to hundreds of fans during the first intermission.
The young athletes skated out to a roaring crowd, soaking up the cheers and applause as they showcased their enthusiasm and budding hockey skills.
Though the 67’s struggled to keep pace with the Knights—who dominated from the start with relentless scoring—the Crashers’ intermission performance provided a highlight for the crowd. For the kids, the experience was about more than the game itself; it was a chance to feel the thrill of playing in front of a large audience and to celebrate their love for hockey.
The Crashers' visit to TD Place was not just about the action on the ice—it was about creating lasting memories and deepening their connection to the sport they love.
