Annual General Meeting

All members are encouraged to attend.  

The order of business at the Annual General Meeting shall be minutes of previous meeting, business arising from the minutes, President's report, correspondence related to the AGM (Secretary), Finance report, Council members' reports, Constitutional Amendments, new business, election of officers and directors, and adjournment. 

The following positions are up for election:
 

• Vice-President Support Services
• Director, Hockey Development
• Secretary
• Ice Scheduler
• Risk and Safety
