ShareSMHA Volunteers Required For the 2022-23 Season

SMHA has many positions and volunteer roles that need to be filled each hockey season.Every season SMHA is 100% volunteer driven. There are many diverse roles that require a variety of skill sets and effort.
There are several management council roles that SMHA requires volunteers for for next season; they are:
SMHA OVSS Representative – SMHA appoints it's representative to the OVSS executive board to represent SMHA and its interests at the OVSS executive table. This person should have experience with competitive hockey and ideally would have a child playing on an OVSS team.
Sponsorship & Fundraising – SMHA requires two volunteers to help the association with it's fundraising and sponsorship goals. These jobs are vital to help keep the cost of hockey affordable for all who want to play.
Tournament Coordinator – SMHA would like to run several house tournaments throughout the hockey season. These tournaments require someone to spearhead the organization effort.
Webmaster – SMHA is looking for anyone interested in getting involved with the administration of the SMHA webpage and associated IT systems, email, DNS, Surveys etc. This person should have an interest in web admin and content management, but coding or web design experience is not required.
At SMHA, we're 100% volunteer driven. We'd welcome your involvement as a convenor, coach, assistant coach, manager, trainer, on-ice helper, or even assisting on our management council.
