I am pleased to announce that SMHA will be conducting Coach Evaluations again this year.
To address concerns of participant anonymity and to ensure all evaluations are kept strictly confidential, SMHA has partnered with ClearPicture Corporation to conduct the coach evaluations for us this year.
ClearPicture is a Canadian company founded in 1995 and has had a prominent role in the evolution of web-based surveys and evaluations, having pioneered several industry innovations. ClearPicture Corporation will manage, host and report the results of the coach evaluations. This ensures confidentiality and anonymity for everyone that submits a coach evaluation. Individual evaluations will NOT be shared with SMHA Executive. ClearPicture will only provide aggregate data for each coach being evaluated.
ClearPicture states their primary role is to protect the anonymity of survey respondents and they take that role very seriously.
