Coaching Staff Volunteer of the Year Nominations

Our volunteers make us successful. Through their time, effort, and commitment, SMHA is able to provide our players with a positive and rewarding minor hockey experience. It's the time of the year when we like to recognize those volunteers who truly went above and beyond in making hockey a success for those around them.

We'd like to hear from you if you know of one of these individuals in one of the following roles:

• House Coach (Atom > Midget)
• Development Coach (IP, Novice)
• Manager
• Trainer

If so, please take a few moments to nominate them for Volunteer of the Year in their respective category.  Our online form allows you to nominate someone in one or all categories.

The deadline for submissions is April 4th, 2016.
