SMHA Early Bird Registration Deadline August 15

Registration for the 18/19 season is open and the deadline for early bird registration is August 15, 2018.

FEES
New and Returning Players Before August 15, 2018

Initiation Program $555.00
Novice, Atom, Peewee, Bantam & Midget $695.00
​Juvenile $555.00

*  Payment MUST be received by August 15 in order to receive the fees above.  ​
​*  Any members registering after August 15 will be charged the following amount:

• $595.00 (Initiation Program & Juvenile)

• $745.00 (Novice, Atom, Peewee, Bantam & Midget)

If you are paying by cheque and/or money order, please forward to:

1. SMHA, P.O. Box 892, Stittsville, Ontario K2S 1B1, Attention:  Registrar; or
2. deliver your paperwork to the Johnny Leroux Community Centre (a.k.a. Stittsville Community Centre) and place in the SMHA mailbox located at the arena across from the Referee's Room.  The arena is located at 10 Warner Colpitts Lane.
