RAMS Competitive Conditioning starts August 22, 2016.

Please note that conditioning is open to everyone who was born in the years 1999 - 2008. There will be no exceptions.

Full hockey equipment is mandatory and everyone MUST be registered with SMHA for the 2016-02017 hockey season.

The schedule is as follows:

Note that all sessions take place at GRC-A.

1. Novice/Minor Atom - Mon, Thurs, Fri (Aug 22,25,26) at 7pm; Mon Aug 29 at 6pm, Tues Aug 30 at 5pm - birth year 2007-2008.

2. Major Atom - Tues, Wed (Aug 23, 24) at 7pm, Fri (Aug 26) at 8pm, Mon (Aug 29) at 5pm, Tues (Aug 30) at 6pm - birth year 2006.

3. Peewee - Mon, Tues, Thurs (Aug 22,23,25) at 8pm, Mon, Wed (Aug 29, 31) at 7pm - birth year  2004-2005.

4. Bantam - Tues (Aug 23) at 9pm, Wed (Aug 24) at 8pm, Fri (Aug 26) at 9pm, Mon (Aug 29) at 8pm, Tues (Aug 30) at 7pm - birth year 2002-2003.

5. Midget -  Mon, Wed, Thurs, Mon (Aug 22,24,25,29) at 9pm, Wed (Aug 31) at 8pm - birth year 1999-2001.
