Notice of SMHA Annual General Meeting

The typical order of business at the Annual General Meeting is a review of the minutes of the previous meeting, business arising from the minutes, President's report, correspondence related to the AGM -Secretary, Finance report, Council members' reports, Constitutional Amendments, new business, election of officers and directors, and adjournment. 

If you have a constitutional amendment, please submit it to secretary@stittsvilleminorhockey.com by no later than 11:59PM Saturday April 13th.

The following executive voting positions are up for election:

• President
• Vice-President of Operations
• Director of Competitive
• Director of Development (1 year term)
• Director House - U15/U18
• Director House - U11/U13

SMHA also has other volunteer postiions available that are crucial to making hockey happen in our community.   An overview of each position and any qualifications are provided in Annex B of the SMHA Constitution.
