Midget Evaluation Conflict between Competitive and House League

Midget House sort outs begin on Sunday, September 16th and the RAMS Competitive Club Midget Competitive Club tryouts also begin on Sunday, September 16th.
 
There is a conflict between the two evaluations for the 5 pm ice time.
 
If you are a player with the last name beginning Q-Z and you are trying out for the RAMS Competitive Club major midget team, you may have a conflict for the Sunday, Sept 16th evaluations.  If this is so, please do this:
 
Contact Gord Peterson and John McGetrick, Convenors for the Midget House league program at convenorsmidget@stittsvilleminorhockey.com to inform them that you will be attending the RAMS Competitive Club tryouts at 5 pm on Sunday, but would like to attend one of the other house league sessions earlier in the day.  Gord and John will accommodate you with one of the other ice times. 
 
The same conflict could occur on September 17th where there is a scheduled midget house league sort out and RAMS Competitive Club tryout at 9 pm.  If any conflicts should occur for that date/time, you should attend your RAMS Competitive Club tryout, but inform the midget house league convenors to attempt to arrange an alternate time to be evaluated by them.
