SMHA is hosting a bodychecking clinic this Tuesday Oct 2nd at 6:30 pm at the Stittsville Legion followed by ice instruction at Johnny Leroux (SCC) at 8pm.
Please the Clincs page for a list of upcoming clinics. Trainer 2, Intro to Coach, Coach stream and Speak out are all scheduled during the month of October.
