Atom C1 Storm Hawks - Finalists at the Capital Cup

On January 1^st, 2013, the Stittsville Storm Hawks Atom C1 team took to the ice in the Bell Capital Cup’s Atom House C Championship Game. 

Having been undefeated through ought the round robin, quarter and semifinal games, the Storm Hawks took their rightful place at centre ice of Scotia Bank Place for the Championship Game.

While the final victory was elusive, the coaches and parents were proud of the players’ outstanding performance during the tournament.  The Players proudly raised their Silver Cup trophies high, as they celebrated their 2^nd place finish in this tournament. 

“All the kids skated with their hearts.  It was a great day to be a parent and a great day as a Coach” said Mark Gillis, Coach of the Stittsville Storm Hawks.
