Silver Seven tryouts are approaching. Here is what you need to know.

Tryouts continue until all teams are finalized: September 1
 
Location: All tryouts will be held at the Cavanaugh Construction Sensplex (Kinburn Sensplex) located on Carp Rd at Kinburn Side Rd, unless otherwise indicated.
 
Tryout Fee: The tryout fee is $95, payable at the first session by cheque, cash or money order (please make the cheque or m/o payable to: Ottawa Valley Silver Seven). Players may not participate unless their tryout fee is paid in full. Players that participated in the Major Atom AA / Minor Peewee AA tryouts and were released shall pay a reduced rate of $65 if they participate in the Major Atom A / Minor Peewee A tryout.

Tryout Registration: All players must be registered with their respective District 4 Home Association prior to participating in the S7 tryouts.  We recommend that players arrive at least 45 minutes before the first session to allow time for registration.  Players may register online for tryouts by clicking  ONLINE REGISTRATION LINK, payment will be due upon registration at the arena.
 
Tryout Process:  Teams will be finalized following approximately (5) tryout sessions. Releases begin following the 2nd evaluation session. Tryouts may consist of drills, scrimmages and exhibition games.
 
General Information

Jerseys:  Silver Seven tryout jerseys will be provided upon registration. All other equipment is the responsibility of the individual player. 

Hydration:  Players should provide their own labeled water bottle for all tryout sessions. 

Parent Information Session: There will be a parent information session hosted for each level prior to the final tryout; all players are expected to have one parent/guardian in attendance.

Team Make-Up: There is no minimum or maximum player representation required from any one District Association.  Each team has a target of (9) forwards, (6) defense and (2) goalies.
