Novice House - Evaluation Update

This change will enable our evaluators more time to evaluate each and every player to ensure a successful placement and a great start to the season! 

Evaluation process changes:

My earlier communication indicated that all Novice Players would have three phases, 1 technical, one 3 on 3 session (half ice), and finally one 5 on 5 session.  Since my original e-mail, we were able to secure some extra ice for the novice program that wasn’t available which will afford our evaluators more time to rate each/every child.

Here’s the new breakdown:

Phase 1 -  Which is scheduled to finish today didn’t see any major changes. However some of the drills were moved to Phase 2.

Phase 2 – Will be a continuation of phase 1. The drills that weren’t executed originally will be done during that time. All Phase 2 will be concluded by Friday night Sept 20^th.

I understand that the notice isn't great, but all of this is to ensure that all children are placed appropriately and your children start the season in a fun, challenging environment!
