Novice Weekend at JLA

First, I wanted to send a very big thank you to everyone who helped in organizing the event.  Because of all of you, the weekend went ahead with very few hiccups. 

Secondly, I would like to thank all of the families in attendance at the games that were able to help out our cause and donate to the Kelly Family.

Last but not least, a big shout out to all of the kids that played their hearts out throughout the weekend, the competition was intense and I’m sure all of our goalies had their work cut out for them!

Funds Raised:

Our goal for the weekend was to raise a total of $500 and I am happy to report that we were able to triple our goal and raise just over $1500.00.  As promised, a few coaches including myself, Rich Zobarich and Kevin Ritchie left a little lighter and lost some hair in the process. 

A note that Coach Peter Serjak was unable to attend the pictures, but did follow through with shaving his head as well later in the evening.
