Bantam House Conditioning

Welcome to the Stittsville Minor Hockey 2014-2015 hockey season.  I am the Convenor for the Bantam level this season and will be sending emails over the next month with information regarding upcoming conditioning and evaluation sessions for the house program for SMHA.

 

Emails are being sent to the main contact address provided at registration.  

 

There are a number of players who are still in tryouts at various competitive levels.  Your name will continue to be on this distribution list until such time as I receive notice from the registrar that you are on a roster.

 

Conditioning for bantam will take place as follows:

 

 

It is anticipated that evaluations will commence on the 14th and teams will take about 2 weeks to complete.  The LCMHL season will start in mid-October. 

 

Volunteers are needed for conditioning and evaluations and at all positions for bench staff for the season.  If you are able to assist please contact me as soon as possible.
