SMHA Registration Fee Refunds

Refund Policy
PLEASE NOTE:  We have modified our refund policy during ‘non-traditional’ programing.  

• There will be NO REFUNDS for voluntary withdrawal once registered for the 2nd half of the 2020-21 season.
• If the program is closed down by the City for public health reasons and we are still obligated to fulfill our contractual obligations to the City we cannot guarantee a refund but will do our best to return value for money back to parents.
• Should we be unable to fill a group, the SMHA reserves the right to cancel the group/bubble and provide the participants a full refund.
• There will be no refunds for missed ice times due to illness or injury.
• There will be no refunds for reduced ice time due to changes in public health rules that limit the on ice participants.

All refunds will be processed according to the above procedures using the date the request was received in writing or by email to the SMHA Registrar as the effective date of the request.
