You will find below the schedule for our 4 conditioning sessions. Please be sure to check in at the registration table when you arrive at the rink. All players are welcome to attend these sessions.

These sessions provide players with a chance to get ready for the regular season and have some fun. There will be a lead and on-ice helpers assisting with the skaters to ensure that all kids are having a great time and have a fair opportunity to develop. Players have been sorted alphabetically by last name as follows: 

Session 1 - September 8 (Friday) - Johnny Leroux Arena

Session 1 - September 9 (Saturday) - Cardel Rec Centre - Rink B

**Players are required to be in full equipment including neck guard, hockey jersey and socks for all sessions. 

Reminder, if you haven’t already, please join our list of volunteers (Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Helpers, Trainers and Team Managers).
