Hi Everyone,

Please find below your scheduled date/time for the first U13 House evaluation session. Goalies will attend the first three evaluations as well as a goalie specific evaluation. The scheduled date/time for U13 House goalie evaluation is also below. Some goalies will be assigned to do two hours to ensure that we have full coverage. Any evaluation on goalies in the first three evaluations will be done in their first assigned hour. Evaluations are MANDATORY, they aid us in sorting players with proper skill/ability, and allow us to have the best chance at balancing our teams properly. Missed evaluations do not allow your player to receive a proper evaluation score. Please make sure your player arrives at the PROPER evaluation hour as the evaluation sheets given to evaluators will be based on the schedule. 

These sessions are done 'blind', meaning we use numbered pinneys and not names to evaluate the players on the ice. As you check-in at the registration table, players will be provided a numbered & coloured pinney for use during that session only. We will be recording the pinney number/colour so registration might take a bit longer. At the end of the session, please be sure to return the pinney. Your player will not use the same pinney for all evaluations. These sessions are meant to be just as fun as conditioning and will help us place your child on the right team for their ability. During the first two evaluations, players will perform several drills that were practiced as part of the conditioning sessions. The final evaluation will be game play.

**Please note the evaluation schedule includes both House League players and those currently trying out for Rep B as the competitive tryouts have not yet been finalized. For those successful at making the Rep B team, you will not need to attend these evaluation sessions once the Rep B teams have been announced.**

Players will need to provide their own hockey jersey and socks for all sessions.

Once the first evaluation is complete, we will be doing some preliminary sorting and will be sending out the schedule for the second evaluation early to middle of next week. The same process will take place between the second and third evaluations. The sorting to email time between the second and third evaluations will be done as quickly as possible while ensuring the process maintains the precision and integrity of the data. These evaluations are scheduled for September 17 (3pm - 9pm), September 23 (12pm - 6pm), and September 24 (3pm - 9pm). ALL three of these evaluations will take place at Johnny Leroux Arena, the goalie evaluation will take place at Beckwith.
