All volunteers must complete screening requirements before the start of the 2026‑2027 season. The process depends on the year of your current Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC):

• New volunteers or those with a 2023 VSC must obtain a new VSC from their local police station and submit a Screening Declaration.

• Volunteers with a 2024 or 2025 VSC already approved in the HCR only need to submit the Screening Declaration for the upcoming season.
